I actually learned from watching Youtube videos and Knittinghelp.com!  I also suggest getting the book Vogue Knitting, because it’s like the guide to everything knitting ever.

And then get cheap worsted weight yarn and a pair of #8 straight knitting needles and just start practicing.  It’s just like anything else, practice makes perfect, or at least better.

Yeah ;.; my aunt actually tried to teach me to knit once. Ish. The trouble is that nothing makes me as impatient as failure. If I can’t knit something wearable right out of the gate, I’m like THIS IS SUCH A WASTE OF TIME WAT IS MY LIFE.
